During my recent weekend getaway at Holiday Inn Tuxtla Gutierrez, An IHG Hotel, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly in the restaurant, where Antonio and Luis went above and beyond to make our dining experience delightful. The hotel's spacious and comfortable rooms, complete with breathtaking marble finishes, offered a relaxing retreat after our family explorations of the local attractions like the stunning Cañon del Sumidero National Park. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot for us to cool off while enjoying refreshing drink service, and I must say, the cócteles camarones were a highlight of my culinary experience there. Located conveniently close to the bustling Plaza Crystal for some shopping, this hotel not only caters to travelers like myself but is also family-friendly, with kids eating free from the main menu.
